John Evans Kwadwo Bosompem is the actual name of Santo or Bob Santo. He was a Ghanaian comedian and actor who featured in movies speaking Akan. He usually acted with his compatriot, Judas.
Santo's fame is dated to the 1990s and 2000s with his friend Judas in movie production, acting and theater. Santo was the leader of the Omintiminim Concert Party in 1995 when he and his friend Abusuapanin Judas started concert party performance and film acting.
Some of their great hit and popular movies include 419, Abawa Mary, Double Sense, Banker to Banker, Efiewura, Aku Sika, Okukuseku, Hard Times, Landlord, and the likes.
Bob Santo played roles in which he fascinated fans with his smartness, comic comments, wise sayings and sarcastic comments as well. Himself and Judas were also fantastic collaboration for a movie, where Judas suffer insults from him.

Key Soap Concert Party was the finest Television concert program of those days which Bob Santo was a formidable performer. The program was showcase on Ghana's National television station, GTV and later on TV3.
Bob Santo died on May 30, 2002 after suffering from jaundice for few years. He was 62 years of age during the time of his death. He had two wives which include Efiewura star, Auntie Bee and three children.
