Mbappé scores his first league goals for Real Madrid in a win against Real Betis

Kylian Mbappé has finally scored his first La Liga goals for Real Madrid in the 4th league match against Real Betis at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday September 1, having failed to score for the team in first three league matches. 

This is a relieve and great start for the highly rated  Madrid player of the season after being transferred from Paris Saint Germain.  

In the first half of the game, Mbappé and the rest of the team created a lot of chances but had no impact, but the France national team captain finally had a goal at the 67th minute. He then had his second goal from penalty caused by Betis goalkeeper by bringing Vinicius Jnr down when he dribbled the ball pass him. 

He was taken off and replaced by Luka Modric in the 84th minute. 

Mbappé before this game has suffered criticism from the Spanish press following his inability to score goal in three league matches. 

His first goal for Madrid was a goal against Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup.
