Hallelujah Challenge, a virtual global worship and praise on YouTube from the shores of Nigeria by Pastor Nathaniel Bassey, a servant of God and gospel musician (goes with artist name Nathaniel Bassey) has began in this month of October, 2024.

The event is an inter-denominational gathring of Christians on virtual platforms. Hallelujah Challenge primarily educates and edifies believers on their relationships with God through sharing the importance and workings of the Holy Spirit; and having a one-on-one communication with him.

The purpose of the program is achieved by having worship sessions in music through the Holy Spirit or by the help of the Holy Spirit. Aside Youtube live streaming of the program on Pastor Nathaniel's page (Nathaniel Bassey Main), it is also streamed on other two parties, Instagram and Facebook.

The challenge features songs produced by Nathaniel Bassey, songs owned by other spirit filled gospel artistes, as well as contemporary Christian music which are perform for religious purposes in churches and other Christian gatherings, and songs by other musicians are duly acknowledged by Pastor Bassey.

Hallelujah Challenge began in 2017 and this year's challenge marks seventh years of thanking God through music. The first day of the 2024 edition began yesterday, October 14, 2024 and will continue today and other days till the grand finale as schedule by the progam's crew.

The event began around 10pm with prayers for about 30 minutes to pave a way for the night of worship and praise. Pastor Nathaniel took after over and led the music crew and entire followers of Hallelujah challenge around the world through worhsip and praises.

He also gave words of exultation and teachings, taking one of scriptures used from Isaiah 51:11. It says "Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away."
